ABOUT CANDLES DIRECT
Candles Direct is a UK online retailer of home fragrance. Shoppers can find scented candles, wax melts, diffusers and gift sets in one place, often from big names such as Yankee Candle and WoodWick, plus its own glass votive-style candles. Buying online makes it easy to compare scents, jar sizes and gift sets without queueing in a shop, and the prices are shown before you commit.
SAVING TIPS:
- Apply the code first, then compare. Always apply the code in your basket and check that the total falls before you pay.
- Compare sizes by price per burn hour. A large jar can cost less per hour than two small ones, so look at the burn time on the product page.
- Buy gift sets for presents. Sets often cost less than the same items bought one by one.
- Check delivery before you check out. Adding one more item to avoid a delivery charge can cost less than paying for postage.
- Stock up before Christmas. Candles sell fast in November and December, so ordering early gives you the best choice of scents.
- Check the sale section. Some past offers have discounted selected jars heavily, so look there before you pay full price.
- Return a faulty item quickly. If a candle arrives damaged, contact customer service straight away with your order number.

Candles Direct FAQs
Answers regarding codes, the checkout process, and this shop.
Yes. This page shows the current Candles Direct codes and deals, each with the date we last checked it. Use the one at the top for the freshest offer.
Enter it in the discount or promo box in your basket or at checkout, then click Apply before you pay. The order total should update straight away. If the box isn't visible, scroll the basket page or open the order summary.
Candles Direct sells home fragrance, including scented candles, wax melts, diffusers and gift sets, from well-known candle brands such as Yankee Candle and WoodWick. It has also been listed with car fragrance items. Check the website for what's in stock today.
The usual reasons are an expired offer, a minimum spend not being met, excluded sale items, a typo or extra space. Copy the code again, read its terms on this page, and try another code if needed.
Most UK retailers allow one code per order. Compare your options and use the one that saves the most on what's in your basket.
A third-party listing showed standard delivery from £3.95 and express from £6.95, with orders dispatched within about 24 hours. Delivery prices and times can change, so check the delivery page before you pay.
A third-party listing reported a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Read the returns page on the Candles Direct website for the current rules, and contact customer service before you send anything back.
Candle deals tend to be strongest in the run-up to Christmas, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and again in the January sales. Past offers have included discounts of up to 50% on selected candle ranges, so bookmark this page and check back often.
How to use a Candles Direct coupon
- Choose the Candles Direct offer you want on this page and click "Show Code" (or "Get Deal" if the offer needs no code).
- Copy the code. Candles Direct will open in a new tab, so keep this page open in case you need to copy the code again.
- Browse the range and add your candles, wax melts, diffusers or gift sets to your basket. Check the scent and size of each item.
- Click the basket icon and review your items, quantities and prices.
- Find the box marked "Discount code" or "Promo code" [confirm the exact label on candlesdirect.com] and paste your code in.
- Click "Apply" and wait for the total to refresh. You should see the reduction or a separate discount line.
- Check the delivery option. Standard delivery was listed from £3.95 and express from £6.95 on a third-party listing, so confirm the current prices at checkout.
- Enter your address, choose how to pay (PayPal pay-later options were also listed) and place your order.
- Keep your confirmation email. It helps if you need to return an item or contact customer service.
If the code is rejected, re-copy it with no spaces, check the minimum spend and excluded products, and try the next code on this page.
